How are you feeling today? Do you feel like your practice is progressing? Today, keep up the progress by dedicating 30 minutes to the Strength & Stretch class. This class uses blocks and a strap. If you do not have blocks, use books, and substitute a soft belt for a strap.
Remember to approach each pose, as if it were new to you. Be conscious and mindful of your movement and write about how you felt after class.
And now that we are starting the third week of making healthy eating choices like greens, whole grains and healthy proteins, notice how that has changed your yoga practice. Pay close attention to how your body feels, not just in yoga but when you wake up in the morning and as you go through your day, these might be changes that you make for life.
