You should be getting into a routine by now and dedicating a set amount of time each day to your yoga practice, your reflections and being mindful about your nutrition choices.
Your practice today is a combination of upper body strength and stretch called Power Up. This class uses blocks and a strap. If you do not have blocks, use books, and substitute a soft belt for a strap.
