Rosemary Beet Chips

Beets are notoriously good for you, and by crisping them up in the oven you can enjoy them like you would a bag of potato chips. These sweet and savory bites are great on their own, on top of salads, or as a tasty addition to a batch of kale chips.

And for those of you who don’t really like beets, it’s possible that you just haven’t found the right way to prepare them. Making chips out of your veggies is a familiar and fun preparation to try – especially for kids!
